The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring Sardinia, with easy access to the airport. The town itself was beautiful and authentic. The rooms were spacious, bright, and clean with modern amenities. The staff were friendly, always willing to help and provided excellent customer service. The hotel had a small swimming pool in the courtyard which was a nice spot to relax. The hotel also had a small bar in the evening, although the seating area was limited.

The breakfast selection was quite limited and didn't vary day to day. There were not enough loungers or chairs around the pool, so it was a bit of a rush to claim a spot.

Friendliness of the staff, the village location and the proximity to Esmeralda coastline

Beautiful location and lovely room. Cleaning was impeccable. The town is charming and ideally situated for exploring if you have your own car.

We were there in low season. The staff were pleasant but not particularly helpful. We were told various different times for use of the internet by the two receptionists. The breakfast quality was very average (especially the fruit)

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is close to the center of San Pantaleo where there are several good restaurants to choose from. It is also away from the wine bar in the piazza, ensuring a peaceful and quiet stay. Guests also appreciated the 10% discount offered at a local restaurant nearby and the opportunity to explore the beautiful harbor nearby.

Some guests mentioned that there were crazed and incessant barking dogs which disturbed the sleep of those staying on the opposite side of the hotel.

The room seemed clean enough though after 3 nights I would have liked the sheets changed. We stayed 4 nights. The woman on reception durning the day was very friendly and tried to be as helpful as possible. Lovely woman. The hotel looks nice. Very pretty by the pool side. The staff are very warm and friendly and the people in the village are exceptionally friendly! Very good generous people!

Very inconvient location without a car! They run a shuttle service to the beach (which is about 5 - 6 Km away) only a for a few weeks in the peak of summer. Even then I am not sure how regular they go down. The staff while friendly enough did not appear very knowledgeable about modes of transport. I had to suggest bus. And did not get all the bus times straight away until were were stuck for an hour an a half wating for the next bus back. I thought they were located in the country side much closer to the beach. However they are located in a settlement with traffic roaring past. The sound of the heavy traffic one street away is not very relaxing. The facilities were non-existant. No bath, internet, tv the size of my hand. No cooked breakfast

No Wi Fi and limited internet access. Staff were happy for me to use the reception's pc to access the internet but this arrangement was awkward and the system was very slow. Tiny tv in the room.

Hotel facilities: The hotel provided a courtesy bus for guests without a car, making it easy to reach the nearby beach. Breakfast: The breakfast offered at the hotel was varied and of good quality, providing a satisfying start to the day. Staff: The staff at the hotel were lovely and extremely helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location is perfect, nestled in a quiet neighborhood just off the beaten path. We loved being surrounded by the beautiful mountains and staying in the charming village nearby. It was also very convenient to reach the hotel from Olbia airport.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. You won't be disappointed!

Great Value and Location | Fresh and Good Quality Breakfast | Wonderful Staff Spent my New Year in Northern Sardinia and had a great time at this hotel. the location was perfect, being just a short drive away from the stunning beaches of the Costa Smerelda. the rooms were clean and spacious and the breakfast provided was fresh and of good quality. Plus, the staff was simply wonderful and made us feel right at home.
